My son (15) wanted to buy some ice cream so he went to our local corner shop. They had an offer on Ben and Jerry’s ice cream - buy 1, get 1 free. He came home with 1 tub of ice cream. We asked him why he didn’t get the free one and he said “I only wanted one.” The shop keeper reminded him of the offer and he said no. He knows I like it, he knows his mum likes it and his sister. He could’ve gotten a free one and given it to any one of us, or kept it for himself but no, he just wanted 1 tub. 1 at
