Despite the new Spider-Man movie clearing $2.5 billion at the box office, Sony and Disney are still charging a $25 just to rent it at home. It feels like pure corporate greed, especially since the price is hiked to force you into buying a digital copy, and get this, the digital copy is something that can always be removed from their library??

12 sessions of chemo therapy over the last 6 months. 2 failed portacath insertions. Last three sessions done under a pic line (in photo) which was removed today. Relief is amazing. Now just the scan and hopefully an all clear and life can get back on track.

It was absolute chaos at the airport. My sister and her family were digging through the massive piles of bags looking for their luggage, so while I hunted for their bags I also shot some quick texts to the numbers on the tags I saw. Nearly every person that I texted replied with gratitude. The only reason I didn't do more was because an employee came over and told me to stop when they saw what I was doing. i wasn’t close to my great-grandpa by any means, but death doesn’t happen often in my family. idk, being told i was a snowflake in the moment felt kinda weird. thought i’d share. EDIT TO ADD: me and my dad have not had a close relationship, if ever. he loves me, but it is very apparent he does not like me. name-calling is his go-to if he wants to get under my skin. it doesn’t really bother me like it used to, which i think bothers him.
