How strange is it to walk around carrying sun umbrella in Germany?

I’m Korean, and I’m going to be in Munich, Germany for a while. The thing is, I absolutely have to block UV rays no matter what. It’s not just a simple skin concern. (it’s complicated to explain, anyway) it’s for medical reasons. My doctor advised me to use a parasol and a cap whenever I go out. (He said sunscreen alone might not be enough.)
