I know its not much but its a start. Been holding to 18/6 during the weekdays and OMAD on the weekends. Have i fell off a few times for holidays? Sure but overall sticking to it.

For context, I(24 F) made an attempt last year in September before I met him(29 M) in January of 2026. I’ve since gone through a LOT of therapies and done so much hard work to get better. He’s known about my meds for a while and I thought we’d reached a point where he was okay with me being on them (I am on quite a few, I had cancer when I was 12 and developed epilepsy and more intense mental health disorders since). I’ve explained to him that the meds helped me survive and that they make it so
